How to choose and store:
Choose ones with firm, fresh and bright skin in green or orange. The green ones are sourer than that of orange. It is better to choose heavy ones which are juicier. Fresh tangerine doesn’t have any softness and dark spot on its surface.
Put it in plastic bag and keep it in refrigerator, this way it would last for about a week.
